At Arliss Atelier, I take pride in creating professional, high-quality pre-made fantasy book covers to help your story shine. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products and Returns

All products sold by Arliss Atelier are digital goods. As such, once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have chosen the design you want and that it meets your needs.

Pre-Made Covers

Pre-made covers are sold as seen. Minor changes—such as title, author name, tagline, or series name—are included in your purchase. However, the design itself cannot be altered beyond these changes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.

Because pre-made covers are delivered digitally and considered customised upon title/author adjustment, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure you are satisfied with the design before purchasing.

Your Rights Under Australian Law

This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian law.

However, please note that “change of mind” is not covered under these guarantees for digital goods.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be issued where required by Australian Consumer Law, such as in the rare case of technical faults that prevent the file from being used as intended.

If you believe your cover has a fault, please contact me at arlissatelier@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase with full details so I can assist.
